Daniel Luis Arciniegas Burneo<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>GERENTE UNIDAD DE NEGOCIO CELEC EP-GENSUR<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>(&#8230;)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>RESUELVE:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>PRIMERO:<\/em><\/strong><strong><em>Declarar<\/em><\/strong><em>&nbsp;terminado en forma anticipada y unilateral el Contrato No. CELEC EP-GSR-CON-0041-18, para desarrollo de los&nbsp;<\/em><strong><em>\u201cESTUDIOS DEFINITIVOS DE CONSULTOR\u00cdA PARA LA REPARACI\u00d3N, ADECUACI\u00d3N, COMPLEMENTACI\u00d3N Y EQUIPAMIENTO, DE ESTABLECIMIENTOS EDUCATIVOS DEL \u00c1REA DE INFLUENCIA DE LA CENTRAL E\u00d3LICA VILLONACO\u201d<\/em><\/strong><em>, suscrito el 24 de enero de 2018 entre la Unidad de Negocio CELEC EP GENSUR de la Empresa P\u00fablica Estrat\u00e9gica CORPORACI\u00d3N EL\u00c9CTRICA DEL ECUADOR CELEC EP y el Arquitecto Edgar Oswaldo Pinto Sandoval, en virtud de que el Consultor ha incurrido en las causales contempladas en el numeral 1 y 3 del art\u00edculo 94 de la Ley Org\u00e1nica del Sistema Nacional de Contrataci\u00f3n P\u00fablica, esto es por 1. incumplimiento del contratista; y, 3. cuando el valor delas multas supera el monto de la garant\u00eda de fiel cumplimiento del contrato\u201d, en concordancia con lo establecido en los numerales 13.1 y 13.2 de la \u201cCL\u00c1USULA D\u00c9CIMO TERCERA\u201d de las Condiciones Particulares del Contrato No. CELEC EP-GSR-CON-0041-18.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>SEGUNDO: Declarar<\/em><\/strong><em>\u00a0contratista incumplido al Arq.
