Medardo Cadena, realiz\u00f3 el martes 7 de febrero de 2017 una visita t\u00e9cnica al Centro de Investigaci\u00f3n y Recuperaci\u00f3n de Turbinas Hidr\u00e1ulicas y Partes Industriales &#8211; CIRT.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 11.25pt 0cm; text-align: justify; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: #595959; mso-themecolor: text1; mso-themetint: 166; mso-style-textfill-fill-color: #595959; mso-style-textfill-fill-themecolor: text1; mso-style-textfill-fill-alpha: 100.0%; mso-style-textfill-fill-colortransforms: 'lumm=65000 lumo=35000';\">El CIRT, administrado por CELEC EP Hidroagoy\u00e1n, es el \u00fanico Centro de Investigaci\u00f3n en el Ecuador, que cuenta con la m\u00e1s alta tecnolog\u00eda y mano de obra nacional, en donde se reparan piezas que en el pasado se enviaban fuera del pa\u00eds por largos periodos de tiempo y con altos costos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 11.25pt 0cm; text-align: justify; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><span style=\"color: #595959; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10.5pt;\">El Ministro acompa\u00f1ado del Ing. Mauricio Caicedo, Gerente de la Unidad de Negocio, recibi\u00f3 informaci\u00f3n por parte de los t\u00e9cnicos sobre los equipos, funcionamiento y beneficios de la operaci\u00f3n de este Centro para el sector el\u00e9ctrico y el pa\u00eds.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 11.25pt 0cm; text-align: justify; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: #595959; mso-themecolor: text1; mso-themetint: 166; mso-style-textfill-fill-color: #595959; mso-style-textfill-fill-themecolor: text1; mso-style-textfill-fill-alpha: 100.0%; mso-style-textfill-fill-colortransforms: 'lumm=65000 lumo=35000';\">Seg\u00fan un an\u00e1lisis de costos, la reparaci\u00f3n de los rodetes en el CIRT, representa un ahorro econ\u00f3mico aproximado del 60% del precio al enviarlos al extranjero para su recuperaci\u00f3n, adem\u00e1s los tiempos de entrega se reducen considerablemente, evitando paralizaciones prolongadas de las Unidades de Generaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 11.25pt 0cm; text-align: justify; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: #595959; mso-themecolor: text1; mso-themetint: 166; mso-style-textfill-fill-color: #595959; mso-style-textfill-fill-themecolor: text1; mso-style-textfill-fill-alpha: 100.0%; mso-style-textfill-fill-colortransforms: 'lumm=65000 lumo=35000';\">En la actualidad en el CIRT, tanto rodetes y piezas industriales son sometidos a procesos como: aplicaci\u00f3n de t\u00e9cnicas de ingenier\u00eda inversa, levantamiento geom\u00e9trico, tratamiento t\u00e9rmico, pulido, soldadura manual y robotizada, ensayos no destructivos, entre otros.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #595959; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10.5pt; text-align: justify;\">El Ministro de Electricidad y Energ\u00eda renovable destac\u00f3 que la adecuada inversi\u00f3n, la transferencia de tecnolog\u00eda y la capacidad del talento humano nacional, permiten superar grandes retos y afrontar con confianza nuevos desaf\u00edos.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Ministro de Electricidad y Energ\u00eda Renovable, Ing.
