widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: #ffffff; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial;\">En ese contexto, d\u00edas atr\u00e1s se firm\u00f3 un Convenio Marco de Cooperaci\u00f3n Interinstitucional entre la Parroquia de Cutuglagua y la Unidad de Negocio Termopichincha, que tiene a cargo la operaci\u00f3n de la Central Termoel\u00e9ctrica Santa Rosa, ubicada en el km. 17 de la Panamericana Sur, cant\u00f3n Mej\u00eda, provincia de Pichincha.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px; padding-bottom: 20px; color: #566169; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial;\">El plazo de vigencia de este convenio es de cinco a\u00f1os y tiene por objeto establecer las obligaciones, procedimiento y mecanismos para que la Unidad de Negocio Termopichincha y el GAD de Cutuglagua desarrollen actividades en beneficio de los barrios Santa Catalina y Santa Mar\u00eda, dentro del \u00e1rea de influencia de la Central T\u00e9rmica Santa Rosa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px;
