Tito Torres Sarmiento, funcionario con amplia trayectoria en el sector el\u00e9ctrico ecuatoriano y que ven\u00eda de desempe\u00f1arse como Gerente de la Corporaci\u00f3n Nacional de Electricidad, CNEL con sede en Guayaquil.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El nuevo funcionario reemplaza al Ing. Juan Leonardo Espinoza Abad, quien renunci\u00f3 el mes pasado para dedicarse a tiempo completo a las tareas docentes en la Universidad de Cuenca. De manera interina permaneci\u00f3 al frente de la gerencia de la Unidad, el Ing. Patricio Freire Sosa, actual Subgerente Financiero de Hidropaute.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante el acto de posesi\u00f3n, el ministro Esteban Albornoz, agradeci\u00f3 la gesti\u00f3n del Ing. Juan Leonardo Espinoza durante el desempe\u00f1o del cargo. En otra parte de su intervenci\u00f3n augur\u00f3 el mejor de los \u00e9xitos al Ing. Tito Torres al frente de HIDROPAUTE, ofreci\u00f3 su respaldo a la gesti\u00f3n y pidi\u00f3 extremar todas las acciones para continuar adelante en la construcci\u00f3n del proyecto hidroel\u00e9ctrico Sopladora y continuar con los procesos de Cardenillo y Zamora.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En la ceremonia de posesi\u00f3n estuvo presente el Gerente General de la Corporaci\u00f3n El\u00e9ctrica del Ecuador CELEC EP, Ing. Eduardo Barredo Heinert, quien hizo la entrega al funcionario entrante de la Resoluci\u00f3n Nro.
