background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; text-align: justify;\">La Corporaci\u00f3n El\u00e9ctrica del Ecuador (CELEC-EP) y Petroamazonas EP firmaron dos convenios que posibilitar\u00e1n acciones conjuntas de eficiencia energ\u00e9tica a ejecutarse en las diversas zonas donde la empresa estatal petrolera desarrolla actividades hidrocarbur\u00edferas, las cuales garantizar\u00e1n un total respeto por el medio ambiente y la optimizaci\u00f3n de recursos econ\u00f3micos del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; text-align: justify;\">Durante el evento, el gerente general de CELEC-EP, Francisco Vergara, explic\u00f3 que el primer acuerdo establece que se realizar\u00e1 los estudios y dise\u00f1os de tres proyectos de interconexi\u00f3n que unir\u00e1n los campos petroleros al Sistema Nacional Interconectado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; text-align: justify;\">\u201cLas l\u00edneas m\u00e1s importantes, como las que se dirigen a los campos petroleros Ishpingo, Tambococha y Tiputini (ITT), son las primeras que vamos a estudiar, y, a tener los t\u00e9rminos de referencia para la contrataci\u00f3n. Esperamos, en el transcurso de este a\u00f1o, tener los dise\u00f1os de algunos de los proyectos para iniciar la contrataci\u00f3n de este servicio\u201d, mencion\u00f3 Vergara. Adem\u00e1s, enfatiz\u00f3 que el primer convenio permitir\u00e1 el buen uso de los recursos econ\u00f3micos, \u201ccada vez que nosotros gastamos un d\u00f3lar en planificaci\u00f3n, estamos ahorrando 10 d\u00f3lares, por lo menos, en ejecuci\u00f3n. Por eso, vamos a estudiar a profundidad estos sistemas\u201d, dijo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; text-align: justify;\">El presupuesto del estudio y dise\u00f1o es de aproximadamente USD 12\u2019000.000 millones, los cuales contemplan las siguientes metas: obtenci\u00f3n de imposiciones de servidumbres de las diferentes l\u00edneas de transmisi\u00f3n, adquisici\u00f3n de la licencia ambiental para las interconexiones y compra de terrenos para las subestaciones, entre otras.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; text-align: justify;\">En tanto, Vergara inform\u00f3 que el segundo convenio tiene por objetivo brindar un suministro de electricidad a los campos petroleros Ed\u00e9n-Yaturi y Shushufindi (Shushufindi), al reubicarse tres turbinas TM 2500, con una potencia acumulada de 60 megavatios (MW). La finalidad de esta propuesta es proporcionar un servicio confiable al utilizar el gas asociado, que se obtiene de estos pozos petroleros y actualmente no se utiliza, para producir energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica m\u00e1s amigable con el medio ambiente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; text-align: justify;\">\u201cNosotros podemos entregar est\u00e1 energ\u00eda, a trav\u00e9s de las unidades, en aproximadamente tres centavos por kilovatio hora, porque utiliza crudo y un porcentaje muy bajo de di\u00e9sel. Entonces, vamos a reducir el consumo de di\u00e9sel de esa zona\u201d, sostuvo Vergara. El costo de la operaci\u00f3n se estima en tres millones de d\u00f3lares m\u00e1s IVA, la misma que establece dos fases de ejecuci\u00f3n: traslado de 18 MW que entrar\u00edan a operar en el ITT, a partir noviembre de 2018. Mientras, la segunda operacionalizar\u00e1 42 MW al ITT en marzo de 2019; adem\u00e1s, como parte del compromiso, la central Secoya proporcionar\u00e1 42 MW.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt;
